"Platform" refers to the software platform provided by the company, including all related services.

3.1.3 Use any robot, web crawler, data mining tool, or any other automated or manual tool designed to index, locate, or retrieve data related to the Platform or similar tools intended to expose the structure of the databases and code underlying the Platform.
3.1.4 Make any commercial use of the Platform or any part thereof.

4. Intellectual Property
4.1 The Platform, all data and information available through it, as well as any derivative creations, improvements, or modifications, and all intellectual property rights therein, either belong exclusively to the Company or to third parties authorized by the Company to use them. Users may not view their use as granting any license or rights to any intellectual property.

5. User Content
5.1 Users grant the Company and/or its designees a worldwide, perpetual, exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, useable, copyable, distributable, broadcastable, modifiable, and creatable derivative works license for all user-generated content inputted and/or uploaded to the Platform, including User selfies ("User Content"), for the purpose of providing Platform services and improving the Platform, including developing new services. Users declare that they have all the rights to provide the Company and/or its designees with User Content and that the use of User Content as detailed above does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and/or privacy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty
6.1 The User acknowledges that the Platform, its services, and any information provided are offered as-is and as-available, for illustrative purposes only, without any warranty or representation of accuracy, completeness, or suitability for their needs. While the Company strives to ensure that the Platform aligns with User needs, it cannot guarantee the suitability of recommendations, the accuracy of the analysis, or a flawlessly functioning interface. The Company assumes no liability in this regard.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any claim, demand, lawsuit, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including attorneys' fees) incurred, directly or indirectly, as a result of:

7.1.1 Breach of any of these Terms of Use;
7.1.2 The User's use of the Platform or attempts to use it;

7.1.3 Breach of any law to which the User is subject;
7.1.4 Infringement of any right (including intellectual property) of the Company and/or any third party;
7.1.5 Breach of any of the User's representations and undertakings under these Terms of Use.

8. Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. This agreement, its interpretation, any action arising from it, and any dispute shall be governed exclusively by Israeli law, to the exclusion of any other law.

8.2. The exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or legal matter arising directly or indirectly from the provisions of this agreement, or from browsing or using the Website, shall reside in the competent judicial authority in the city of Tel Aviv-Yafo, and not in any other court or judicial authority.
